Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Yoga with OLED Display Announced

The much awaited Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Yoga has announced officially. This comes with OLED Display and the announcement happened just ahead of CES 2016. ThinkPad X1 Yoga said to be the device with world’s first OLED display. 

Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Yoga looks stylish and this is the first convertible device with an optional Display. Company used 14-inch (2560×1440 pixels) Samsung OLED (Organic Light Emitting Diode) display. Standard display is the 14-inch (1920×1080 pixels) IPS LCD display.


Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Yoga also gets an active stylus, which docks into the keyboard base. This is very useful and can be charged when docked. ThinkPad X1 Yoga weighs 1.27kg and is 16.7mm thick. There is a Lift and Lock keyboard with spill-resistant keys.

You have a beautiful track point that retracts keys in tablet mode. Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Yoga powered by up to a Core i7 with vPro Skylake-U series processor. You have up to 16 GB of memory to keep data and additionally up to 1 TB PCIe NVMe SSD.


There is also 3 USB 3.0 ports, OneLine+ for Ethernet, mDP, HDMI, microSD, and optional 4G LTE (Qualcomm Snapdragon X7 LTE modem). ThinkPad X1 Yoga equipped with WiGig wireless docking and Windows Hello compatible touch fingerprint reader.
